We have multiple CMM machines, including a Zeiss Contura G2, enabling us to generate detailed, repeatable inspection reports tailored to custom part geometries. Complementing our CMM's we have other advanced inspection tools like our Micro-Vu vision system, an optical comparator, a material hardness tester for mechanical property verification, and several granite plates equipped with height gauges and indicators for manual dimensional inspection. This comprehensive setup ensures we meet tight tolerances and quality standards across a wide range of parts and materials.
